1. Agreement
By using any website, app, or service operated by Rohima Technologies Private Limited (“Rohima”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Rohima. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these terms in their entirety. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Services
Rohima offers multiple products (including but not limited to ByajKhata, Doctors, and Retails). Each product may have its own subscription plans and pricing. Access and use are subject to these terms and any product-specific terms communicated at sign-up or in-app.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature with reasonable notice where practicable. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain availability and to notify users of material changes. Your continued use of a product after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms applicable to that product.
3. Registration and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring that all data you submit is accurate and up to date. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your credentials or from unauthorised use of your account.
4. Payments
Fees for registration, subscriptions, or other charges are as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed via our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received. Price changes for renewals will be communicated in advance. Refund requests are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use our services for any illegal purpose or in a way that harms others or our systems. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have breached these terms.
You agree not to use our services to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users’ accounts; or (e) use the services in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our infrastructure. We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Breach of this section may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, and branding (including the Rohima logo and product names) are owned by Rohima Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or use them without our written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services in accordance with these terms. You do not acquire any ownership rights in our software, design, or branding. You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from our services except as permitted by applicable law. Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
7. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rohima and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on rohima.com/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We will indicate the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we make material changes. For significant changes, we may notify you by email or through an in-app message. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services and may close your account.
